Happiness Is Homemade Link Party #391
Welcome to Happiness Is Homemade Link Party #391 September is one of my favorite months – the leaves start to change, the weather is warm and sunny but not too hot and it’s generally just a great month as we transition out of summer.
Happy Labor Day to all our US followers – we all hope you have a relaxing weekend with your families and friends!

This Week’s Features
After that first weekend in September, the time has come to break out the pumpkins. I am always looking online for inspiration, and I think this great post on Neutral Fall Mantel Decor from The House on Silverado is a great resource!
Now that the whole bird gathering ban is over (did you hear about that?) I’ve been putting out bird food to attract all my little friends again. What a neat idea to create this Birdhouse Gourd Lantern to add a special touch to your outdoor space!
Try this recipe for Pumpkin Ice Cream from Cincy Shopper – the best part is you don’t even need an ice cream maker for this recipe!
*BONUS FEATURE*
Candle nut typing this right now, and I have ALWAYS wanted to try making my own. This tutorial for a Homemade Autumn Spice Soy Candle looks like something can handle. I especially love that it is soy, which means it will burn very clean.
Thank you for joining us this week whether you are a blogger sharing your latest posts OR a reader enjoying all of the inspirational shares!
