Happiness Is Homemade Link Party – Halloween Preparations

Happy Almost Halloween. What a fun month, Welcome to Happiness is Homemade and we are more than ready For October.

This is still my month, I love hosting for October and this year there are 5 weeks for me to create. All the other months my amazing co-hosts share their favs. This month, A Labour of Life gets to share her love of Fall, Canadian Thanksgiving and Halloween, for this Canadian it is an amazing time of year.

Celebration of Fall

This week, a really wanted a return back to all things Fall, but y’all are killing me with all the fun Halloween crafts and ideas. t spooky Halloween. I am back to my standard recipe, food, sips, and fun.

First up is the cutest Spooky Halloween Tablescape from The Painted Apron. This fun table was title a Slightly Spooky but I think its is more a whimsical fun Halloween table. Plus she led me to a fun tablescape bloghop. How cool is that.

Halloween Wreath

Next up from The House on Silverado is A Halloween Wreath.  This easy DIY method for how to make a Halloween deco mesh wreath is a fun Halloween craft and Halloween decor all at the same time!

Dinner with Mummies

How fun is this snack for Halloween. The Magical Ingredients is sharing Samosa Mummies. These are delicious samosa mummies that are appetizers for Halloween parties. These can be made easily using ready to use crescent roll dough. ( She also shared Zombie Intestines that look so fun as well)

Cookie Heaven

And to wrap up the week, how about these cute Halloween Pinwheel Cookies from Drug Store Divas. It’s all treats, no tricks when it comes to these Halloween Pinwheel Cookies.

These swirl-shaped Halloween cookies are stunning. They look just like store-bought cookies from a high-end bakery. But they’re not. These Halloween cookies made in your home kitchen … all from ingredients you already have at home.

Happiness Is Homemade Link Party – Halloween Ideas

Happy October again. What a fun month, Welcome to Happiness is Homemade and we are more than ready for October. This month, A Labour of Life gets to share her love of Fall, Canadian Thanksgiving and Halloween, for this Canadian it is an amazing time of year.

This week, a return back to all things Halloween. Celebrating everything The fun and the spooky. I am back to my standard recipe, food, sips, and fun.

WITCHES BREW PUNCH COCKTAIL

First up is the cutest Witches Brew Punch Cocktail from Organized Island. This fun witches brew drink is a fun and festive way to celebrate Halloween. It provides some spooky fun for party guests and is always a big hit at Halloween parties. It is also fun for a hocus pocus party.

Cheers to Charcuterie Creepiness

Next up from The Happy Mustard Seed is Halloween Charcuterie Board. This DIY Halloween Cheese Board is simple to make without cooking. You can follow along with our easy step by step guide and build the most beautiful DIY cheese board.

Dinner in a Pumpkin Recipe

How fun is this dinner for Halloween or anytime in the fall actually. Midlife Healthy Living has really upped for the fun healthy dinner concept with Dinner in a Pumpkin. The recipe is very simple and takes about 30 mins of prep and 1 hour of cooking time. Your kids will be thrilled to see a pumpkin on the table for dinner.

And then, not a tablescape as there weren’t any this week much to my disappointment but i am still on brand lol. Deb from Debbs Buzz shared the beginnings of her tablescape planning with a fun painted wine glass. The DIY Spooky Dollar Tree Wineglasses are pinned for me to try soon. To welcome the spooky season, I’m sharing how I made a set of painted Halloween glasses over the weekend. They’ll serve as guest favors for an upcoming dinner party on the Gone Batty: Black, White & Purple Halloween Table.

Seems odd for me not to yet again not share a fun fallscape table, but I really wanted to stick to the Candy Corn Theme this week for you, Canadian Thanksgiving is this weekend so share some fun ideas for me to use, got a fun table idea, a new dessert or a Turkey surprise?? Happiness Is Homemade Link Party – Thanksgiving Dinner

Happy October again, or better yet Happy Thanksgiving Canada. What a fun month, Welcome to Happiness is Homemade and we are more than ready For October. So my theme got all thrown this week, I wanted Thanksgiving but there were too many Candy Corn Ideas, so it may seem Corny but here we go.

This is my month, I love hosting for October,. All the other months my amazing co-hosts share their favs. This month, A Labour of Life gets to share her love of Fall, Canadian Thanksgiving and Halloween, for this Canadian it is an amazing time of year. Today, I celebrate Fall in all its glory. Muted Pumpkins, Rustic Decor and all the things to sip and savour.  Come show us what you are working on. 

Celebration of Corny’ness with Candy Corn

This week, a return back to all things Fall. Celebrating everything Candy Corn. Normally I offer a variety, food, sweets, crafts and tables but today is a sweet switch on my norm.

First up is the cutest Candy Corn Cupcake from Anne’s Entitled Life. Y’all know how much I love sweets and this baby is also so photogenic. What a fun dessert for October. A fall favorite, these delicious, easy to make sweet cupcake treats are perfect for snack-time, lunch-time, anytime! Get into the spirit of Autumn with these adorable Candy Corn Cupcakes.

theme is not only for us, the hosts, to share our thoughts and our projects that may showcase the theme, but it opens
up conversations with you, our fabulous readers, to share what that theme may mean to your home décor style, craft
project or favorite family recipe. 
Each week as we visit your posts any posts that share something within the weekly theme
may get an extra feature.  However, that does not mean you only get chosen for a feature if you contribute to the theme
for the week.  Any and all posts have an option to be selected for a feature by any of the hosts.  The themes just make
for a fun way for all of us to get to know each other better. Resharing of formerly shared posts is totally okay.

I am not a food blogger so you will not find any pumpkin recipes on my site of
course.  However, one of my favorite pumpkin recipes is for a cookie that is so simple to make and I don’t even know the
name for it.  It includes a box of spice cake mix and just a can of pumpkin pie mix.  Anyone know what that cookie recipe
is called? If you do then share it this week so everyone can enjoy it!

Even more changes are coming for the Home Matters Linky Party.

Happy October and can I say it please… I am so Happy I live in a World with Octobers. What a fun month, Fall has started, Canadian Thanksgiving and yes Halloween. And the start of Q4 for all the bloggers. OMG what a month. Welcome to Happiness is Homemade Ready For October.

Celebration of Pumpkins aka Ghourd Delight

This week, a return back to all things Fall. Celebrating everything Pumpkin, from food, to drinks to decor, it’s all about the Ghourd.

First up is the cutest little pumpkin patch sign from Must Have Mom. Y’all know how much I love my Dollar Tree crafts, good lord I have pinterest boards dedicated to every season celebrating Dollar Tree. So this fun idea, caught my eye. Turning a Reception Sign for a wedding into a Fall Statement was too cute to pass up

Next up from Organized Island is a fun and festive Pumpkin Spice Martini. This festive drink is great for a fall cocktail party or for a Thanksgiving cocktail. And made with just three ingredients. Not sure about you but this just got added to my Thanksgiving Dinner Menu.

The Savory Cippola is treating us to a decadent Fall Dessert. This decadent no-bake Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse is made with super easy ingredients and is a delicious twist to a classic pumpkin dessert that comes together in no time.
